This song was written by Birmingham-based Irish singer/songwriter, Rich McMahon, who unfortunately passed away in 2015.

He will always be remembered as not only a wonderful songwriter and performer but an incredibly warm-hearted human being.

After discussing this recording with his widow and his sister, I have decided to dedicate all proceeds from the download of this single (plus a proportion of any sales of my whole digital discography) to the charity, Sifa Fireside; a charity which supports the homeless in Birmingham and that both myself and Rich have worked with in helping to set up and manage a band comprising of Sifa Fireside service-users.
